We are looking for a commercial colleague for a fast growing Online Travel Company in the Netherlands.
As an employee of the Reservation Department Czech you provide your services towards our customers by phone and/or email. If required, you offer assistance in the booking process and you support the the customer by answering various questions regarding their booking.
It is your job to to help customers with finding their ideal vacation and your enthusiasm in combination with a professional attitude motivates comfort during this proces. Next to that, you know how to recognize leads and convert them into a bookings.
Customer satisfaction is important for you and you always think ahead. Proactive and high quality service are therefore two features you stand for.
Who are you?
- You are a native speaker of the Czech language
- You have excellent English communications skills in written and verbal (Dutch is a plus)
- You have completed a relevant tourism education
- You have strong affinity with the travel industry
- You love to travel and get enthusiastic to inform customers about their vacation
- You have a pleasant telephone voice
- You are both: customer oriented and solution driven
- You are proactive, precise and can handle stress
- You are flexible to work weekends and evenings. So you have a great sense of responsibility, there you will work independently.
- You live in or around 's Hertogenbosch and are available immediately
